SR Kg Mata-Mata Holds Parent-Teacher Meet

Bandar Seri Begawan - Kampong Mata-Mata Gadong Primary School (SR Kg Mata-Mata) held its report book-signing day yesterday.

The event was meant to instill awareness and assist parents in understanding the standards of their children's education as students of the primary school.

The school's individual subject teachers met with parents and guardians of students from Pre-school to Primary 5.

Highly appreciative of the participation of the parents at the event, the school's management said that it was in their interests to keep tuck of the, progress of each student with the assistance of their parents.

At the meeting, the educators also managed to get a clearer picture on the studying pace, approach and habits of each individual student from their respective parents.

Parents and guardians in turn shared their views with the teachers as they discussed the academic progress of their respective children in a way that could benefit both sides. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
