Oz travel agents on familiarisation trip

A group of travel agents from Brisbane, Australia were in the country recently for a familiarisation tour to promote Brunei as tourists destination Down Under. The travel agents were hosted by Royal Brunei Airlines.

While in Brunei the travel agents will tour popular tourists spots in the country, including the Proboscis Monkey Tour, and inspect several hotels.

Yesterday the group were taken on a city tour to enjoy the sights of Bandar Seri Begawan. Places of interest visited included the Brunei Museum, Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Jame 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, Royal Regalia Exhibition Hall and the Istana Nurul Iman. The tour was conducted by Golden Touch Holiday.

Among hotels that hosted the Australian travel agents were The Rizqun International Hotel and The Empire Hotel & Country Club.
