Warning Labels Needed For 'Toys' That Shock
By Rosli Abidin Yahya

Bandar Seri Begawan - The packaging of toys that emit electric shocks should come with a prominent warning label so that children do not get hurt, concerned parents said.

These so-called toys should not be targeted at young children, they added.

A father who was speaking to the Bulletin said that he recently bought a toy gun that could produce shocks for his son.

"I thought that the toy gun was harmless. My son cried after playing with it," he said, adding that the electric shock - that he felt was too much for him to handle.

He said that it had been a traumatic experience for his son.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
