New LS460 Promises Dynamic Drive

Bandar Seri Begawan - NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd, the main distributor of Toyota as well as Lexus cars in Brunei Darussalam, officially launched the fourth generation Lexus LS flagship, the new LS460, yesterday at the Lexus showroom in Jalan Gadong.

According to Mr Aron Wong, Lexus Manager, "The fourth generation LS460 offers a dynamic and smooth drive that has never been experienced before. The New LS460 features a completely new and powerful 4.6L engine and transmission that enables it to perform like a S.OL engine with the economy of a 3.5L."

Looking more attractive and aggressive than its predecessor, the all-new LS460 bristles with state-of-the-art technology. The sleek, bold and modern exterior design follows the Lexus L-fitness design philosophy, which is composed of three elements including Seamless Anticipation, Incisive Simplicity and Intriguing coldness.

LS460 is equipped with an all-new 4.6 litre V8 engine which is matched to the world first eight-speed automatic transmission, producing about 375bhp and more than 500Nm of torque for a 0100kph sprint in 5.7 seconds.

Passengers and drivers will experience an ultimate driving experience especially with the LS460's super sophisticated equipment including cruise control, Electro Multi-Vision (EMV) with bluetooth capability, the Lexus Park Assist System with camera, a new climate control system and for music, Levinson surround sound system with 19 speakers.

Also coming with the option of long wheelbase model, the LS460L establishes a new level of comfort and luxury with features such as inclining rear seat, power leg rests, a massage system and remote controls (for DVD and Ottoman seat).
