Insurans Islam TAIB Donates To Charity In Raya Celebration

Bandar Seri Begawan - Insurans Islam TAIB (IIT) presented a donation of B$10,000 to the Crown Prince Al-Muhatadee Billah Fund for Orphans during their Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2006 celebration yesterday.

The celebration was held at the Executive Office of lIT at the RBA Plaza in the capital and was attended by' Dato Paduka Dr Hj Mat Suny bin Hj Mohd Hussein, Deputy- Minister of Development in his capacity as Chairman of Perbadanan TAM.

Present to receive the donation was the Chief Executive Officer for the Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans, Dato Paduka Hj Ali Hashim bin Hj Daud.

Also present at the Hari RayaAidilfrtri 2006 celebration was the Managing Director of Perbadanan TAIB and Chairman of Insurans Islam TAIB, Pg Datin Paduka Hjh Urai bte Pg Ali and members of the Board of Directors of Perbadanan TAIB, Insurans Islam TAIB and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd.

In addition, IIT also presented "Ideal Cash Meal Vouchers" as gifts to orphans registered under the Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans and insured under the IIT's Siswa Takaful Plan for Orphans. Postcards would be distributed to every orphan by post, after which he or she could bring the postcard to the specified branches for collection of the meal voucher. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
