Khatam Al-Quran At Arabic School

Bandar Seri Begawan - Forty-Five students from Jerudong Arabic School yesterday participated in a Khatam al-Quran ceremony at Jerudong Arabic School Hall.

Present as the guest of honour was Awang Dzulkefli bin Masni, Special Duties Officer Grade One, Head of Training Section Administration Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Also in attendance at the event were invited guests and parents of participating students. The event bean with the reading of surah al-Fatihah which was led by Md Qistie bin Zulk~fli, a recital of Quranic verses by Khat n al-Quran participants, as well as the reading of Takhtim by Form One students.

The event also saw a reading of the doa Khatam, which was read by Ak Md Waliyuddin bin Pg Hj Zilkarnain and a Dzikir Marhaban by Form One students.

The ceremony continued with a "Menabur Bunga Rampai" ceremony led by the guest of honour.

A certificate presentation was also held for participating students by the guest of honour, which was followed by a souvenir presentation to Awang Dzulkefli.
