New Dish At Sheraton Utama Hotel To Greet Year-End

Bandar Seri Begawan - Chefs at the Sheraton Utama Hotel have cooked up a special dish for the hotel's year-end promotion. The "Lamb Shank Nasi Briyani" was created by the executive chef of Tasek Brasserie and his team.

The lamb shanks are braised in a stock at low heat for approximately 60-75 minutes. Spices are then added for flavouring and aroma.

Priced at $12, the mouth-watering lamb shanks are served with Nasi Brryani, homemade pickle, kurma-style egg and popodum. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
