Temburong Readies For Landscaping Event

Bangar - Residents of various kampongs including longhouses in the Temburong District led by their respective Ketua Kampongs and members of the Mukim Consultative Committee are busy carrying out landscaping works at their respective areas in preparation for the Kampong Cemerlang Competition.

The landscaping competition is organised by the Temburong District Office.

Chairman of the Anugerah Kampong Cemerlang, Awg Metussin Bin OKS Hj Tuba, who is also the Assistant Temburong District Officer, said the event is one of the annual projects of the District Office.

He said the competition is held to encourage the public in Temburong to create a beautiful living environment and also to develop more public parks and beautiful villages in the district.
