Strange Nanas Seen As A Blessing

Bandar Seri Begawan - A nanas or pineapple tree planted by Dr Pg Amir Mohd Yussof around six months ago and harvested last week, the Bulletin was told, bore some big and strange-looking fruits.

The owner who resides at Kg Jangsak in Mukim Kilanas saw it as a blessing and good sign for the coming year. The pineapples are not for sale, it was understood. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
