DeRoy@lle Cafe Launches Frequent Sippers Club

Bandar Seri Begawan - The 24-hour-DeRoy@lle Cafe in Jalan Sultan in the capital unveiled another surprise yesterday.

It is giving away free coffee and drinks to patrons who qualify. And response has been overwhelming.

The Frequent Sippers Club which is launched yesterday began enlisting members and a DeRoy@lle spokesman said that he hoped it will help to make known the large variety of food and drinks the round-the-clock eatery offers. And membership is easy.

Patrons are given specially laminated cards free which are punched each time food or drinks are bought. Get 10 stamps and a large drink of your choice is free.

Meanwhile the 24-hour-idea has caught on here.

It is becoming a regular hangout for those late night swingers in the capital. What is more, people from Kuala Belait and Seria have made a beeline wanting to enjoy the 24-hour experience.

"It is so convenient that we may now go for a late night drink or for some food anytime, even at 3am," said a delighted customer.

It has also been good for shift workers in the capital.

"We do not have to look around everywhere for food in the middle of the night now that DeRoy@lle is here," said a Radio Television Brunei technician whose hours of work are not regular.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
