Brunei Music Society's Concert To Feature Spanish Musicians

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Brunei Music Society's last concert for the year is Caponata Argamacho Trio, a Spanish group whose repertoire is strongly influenced by contemporary music as well as the traditional disciplines of classical, jazz, and ethnic music.

The event is sponsored by NBT Toyota.

The compositions created by this ensemble are quite unique because of the unusual fusion of instruments - the soprano sax, viola and electric bass.

The Caponata Argamacho Trio's programme for the concert will include their own compositions and unique arrangements of works by Hermeto Pascoal, Bela Bartok, Manuel de Falla, and Maurice Ravel.
