Beware of the broken railguard

The photo above shows the badly-damaged condition of a section of guard rail at a junction between Tungku Link and Hassanal Bolkiah Highway, which has been left unattended for quite sometime. This part of the highway is renowned for being among the busiest and dangerous driving spots in Brunei. The damage on this guard rail could surely expose the road users now constantly being exposed to the risk of falling into the wide drain alongside the road.

The relevant authorities are advised to take the necessary actions to prevent any mishap from happening.
