Ramadhan buffet at KB's Riviera

Anyone planning to eat out to break
their fast may make reservations at the Riviera Hotel, situated at Lot
106, Jln Sungai, Kuala Belait.
The Exec Chef at the hotel, Jefri
Ghazali from West Malaysia supervises ten professional chefs to ensure
the smooth running of the seasonal Ramadhan Buffet.
For quenching their thirst at the
break of fast, patrons have a choice of two types of beverages
everyday such as the popular "air-bandung" and a daily variety of
cordials.
Appetisers
include the "ulam-ulam" and dishes such as "jelatah", "gado-gado", "rojak
mamak", "pak sambo", and many other local delicacies.
Aside from the wide variety of main
dishes available at the buffet, the "noodle stall" features one of
several tempting and delicious noodle recipes such as "Laksa Johor", "Mee
Bandung", "Mee Rebus Singapura", "Curry Laksa", also prepared daily by
the talented chefs.
The dessert corner meanwhile offers a
wide selection of local traditional "kuih-muih" or Malay cakes like "ondeh-ondeh",
"cucur pisang" or banana fritters, yam fritters, sweet potato
fritters, cream of caramel, "bubur pulut hitam", and "sago gula Melaka".
"Food and beverages offered at the
Ramadhan Buffet varies everyday," said Exec Chef Jefri Ghazali.
The buffet is priced at B$15 for
adults and $7 for children.
