US Pro Hosts BIBD's Leadership, Presentation, Communications Training

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad (BIBD) recently hosted a training programme on leadership, presentation and communication skills, which was attended by some 25 employees from various divisions of the bank.

Rebecca Morgan of the Morgan Seminar Group, based in the United States, delivered the programme.

Rebecca Morgan is the author of six popular books, of which two of her bestsellers have been translated into nine languages. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

She is, in fact, the 15th professional in the world to earn both CSP and CMC designations. Some of her memorable experiences are being featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, 60 Minutes and USA Today.

BIBD believes in developing the skills and capabilities of its staff by providing high-quality and cost-effective training programmes. Leadership, presentation and communications have been identified as some of the most important skills, which will potentially be incorporated as a core training programme in the bank's training curriculum. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
