Bandar Seri Begawan - His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday visited the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Ismail Petra Ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra who is currently undergoing treatment at the Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) in Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu.

The monarch was accompanied by Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pg Anak Hjh Saleha, Her Royal Highness Pengiran Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar, His Royal Highness Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah, YAM Pengiran Bini Hajah Faezah and His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.

Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna and YAM Pg Laila Cheteria Sahibun Najahah Pg Anak Hj Abdul Aziz were also part of the royal entourage. On arrival at the hospital, His Majesty greeted by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Tengku Mohd Faris Petra and other members of the Kelantan royal family. -complained of difficulty in breathing.

He was later treated for a heart ailment and is reported to be in stable condition but has not fully recovered.

According to Bernama, the Sultan will leave for Singapore for further treatment at Mt Elizabeth Hospital there.

Also present at the hospital was Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Perempuan Kelantan, Tengku Anis.

Since his admission on May 14 at the HUSM, Sultan Ismail Petra Ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra has been visited by several other sultans including Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin. Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin also paid a visit. -- Courtesy of The Brunei Times
