Health Screening Programme For Public Sector Personnel

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Ministry of Health held a health screening programme and promotion for the public at the Syariah Court building.

Syar'ie Chief Judge, Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Yahya bin Haji Ibrahim, and over 100 officers and staff from the State Judicial Department, Civil Courts and Syariah Courts attended the programme.

Also present were Syariah High Court Judge, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Sella Awang Haji Salim bin Awang Besar and Syariah and Civil Courts judges.

The health screening programme was presented by the Special Duties Officer of the Ministry of Health, Dato Paduka Dr Haji Abdul Latip bin Hj Ibrahim.

The programme format briefing was done by Awang Melson Dennis.

The laboratory test briefing by Dayang Noradinayaniwai bte Ismail touched on blood taking, urine and stool test (for 40 years old and above). An explanation on how to fill in the details form was presented by Dayang Hassanawati.

The programme aimed to test and examine noninfectious chronic diseases and give opportunities to every public sector personnel to undergo health screening.
