German Minister To Visit Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Federal Minister of Economics and Technology of the Federal Government of Germany, Michael Glos will make his first visit to Brunei starting next Monday (May 19).

He will be here for two days and leads a high-powered delegation of business people. Minister Glos will have talks with members of His Majesty's government on how to further intensify the bilateral cooperation between Brunei and Germany.

Receiving first hand information on the economic diversification, the use of environmentally friendly technologies such as solar power and other alternative energies and energy saving programmes would play an important role in Minister Glos' talks.

The business delegation will be briefed by the Brunei Economic Development Board and the Brunei Industrial Development Authority.
