Chung Ching Surprises Moms

Bandar Seri Begawan - Mothers who dropped their children off at Chung Ching Middle I41School, Series were given a surprise on Saturday. The unsuspecting mothers were invited to gather during assembly, and were showered with Mother's Day cards, gifts and hugs from their children.

Earlier a group of children staged a simple yet touching Mother's Day song and violin performance. The day also saw Malay Teacher Mdm Noryati bte Hj Abd Wahid delivering a message on the need to show respect and love towards mothers.

During break, the teachers held a get-together to mark the joyous occasion, with food sponsored by Cikgu Ranie. With the initiatives of the teachers, the day that may have been spent in a regular way turned out to be one bursting with surprises. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
