Seruji Leads With A Briliant 61

Bandar Seri Begawan - Seruji Hj Setia led with a brilliant 61 in the Men's Overall Gross Category of the Baiduri Masters yesterday followed closely by Hj Shahminan Hj Damit with a score of 66 and Suhaimi Hj Ibrahim (69), according to a press release from Baiduri Bank yesterday.

In Men's Division A, Abdul Kadir Abdul Ghani was leading followed by Pg Suhaimi Pg Alauddin and Hj Majid Ahmad.

In Men's Division B, Hj Omar Hj Asmat was the leader followed by Yussop Daud and Hj Rahmat Hj Japar.

Alvin Pui led Men's Division C, followed by Aslie Lakim and Shahnom Hj Ahmad. In Men's Division D, A. Hanapiah Hj Mohamad took the early lead followed by Shazali Sulaiman and Hj Mohd Rijal.

Senior Category leader was Hj Md Roger Abdullah followed by Pehin Dato Hj Tahir and Simon Gelan.

Agnes Hiu led the Ladies Category followed by Nora Pui and Rahmah Ismail. Mohd Haziq Hj Yahya maintained his position as leader in the Junior Category.

The tournament continues today and ends on Sunday morning. Aside from the BMW 730Li which Elyas Abdullah has laid claim on, there are four more luxury cars up for grabs - Porsche Cayman S, BMW X3 2.5Si, BMW 523iA and BMW 320 Executive.

Meanwhile, the organising committee would like to remind all players that the prize presentation ceremony will be held at the Multi-Purpose Hall, RBA Sports Complex, starting at 1.30pm on Sunday.
