BSM Donates Computers To Yayasan Mosque And Iqra School

Bandar Seri Begawan - Brunei Shell Marketing yesterday presented eight computers to Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Kampong Bolkiah and Igra School as part of their community care initiative.

The ceremony was held at the Dewan Muzakarah of Brunei Shell Marketing, located on the 12`h floor of the PGGMB Building in Bandar Seri Begawan.

The event was attended by the Managing Director of Brunei Shell Marketing, Pg Hj Yasmin bin Pg Mohammad, who was also the guest of honour. Also present were Dyg Siti Kurshiah bte Hj Anuar - Head of Business & Development, Dyg Hjh Azriyah bte Hj Matserudin - Head of Finance and Awg Hj Mohd Faizal bin Hi Osman - Business and Development Adviser.

Also present were Yayasan Officer -Awg Mohammad Redzuan bin Hj Marzuki, Yayasan Mosque Bilal Awg Shahminan bin Hj Matzin, President of the Igra School - Awg Hj Mashud bin Hj Damit as well as senior officers of the Igra School.

In his opening remark, the guest of honour said Brunei Shell Marketing cares for the general public and looks at possibilities towards positive development of the community.

The Yayasan Mosque was presented with three computers for the on-going mosque activities and as part of the library of the mosque.

The other five computers were presented to Igra School to assist in the studies of the students there.

The guest of honour handed over the certificate of computer presentation to the two recipients. Igra School presented a token of appreciation to Brunei Shell Marketing. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
