No excuse for this kind of rubbish

Garbage disposal areas located along roadsides are provided to facilitate the public. However, it would appear that some individuals choose not to make use of them, opting instead to dump their rubbish everywhere else other than in the garbage container. As the scattered rubbish will certainly lure rats and flies to the area, members of the public are urged to practise a proper approach to disposing rubbish.
