Emulate Prophet's Character People Told

Bandar Seri Begawan - Characteristics possessed by prophet muhammad S.A.W should be emulated. The qualities include patience and trustworthiness in carrying out duties entrusted upon him. Such characteristics should be instilled in all especially those who care for the welfare of others.

The matter was touched on by Pengiran Haji Mohd Salleh, the chairman of the Maulud anniversary celebration of Prophet Muhammad that was held for the ministry of health.

He underlined that being in possession of such fine characteristics, could help officials and staff of the ministry to execute their work more wisely.

There was a religious talk by a lecturer from UBD. He said that birthday anniversary for Muslims should be celebrated with prayers invoking blessings from Allah the almighty and this includes performing the 'Sujud Syukur'.

Thanking Allah for the chance of having a longer life. The blowing of candles, he added is not encouraged. Present at the ceremony was the Health Minister, Pehin Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abu Bakar.
