Missing body found

The dead body of 37-year-old Malaysian Iban man identified as Mansor Anak Nyalu, who went missing and feared drowned since Wednesday afternoon after a fishing trip, was finally recovered yesterday morning at about 3.55 am by Muara Marine Police personnel. The body of the deceased was found floating at the 20-foot-deep pond at the Lumut bypass and was immediately brought to the Suri Seri Begawan hospital for identification. The members of the family confirmed the victim's identity and agreed for a post mortem to be conducted. The body was brought to the RIPAS hospital in Bandar Seri Begawan at about 7.30 am yesterday.
