Royal message to Norway

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Harald V, The King of the Kingdom of Norway and Mr Kjell Magne Bondevik, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Norway. In his message, His Majesty expressed his satisfaction that relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Norway have developed from strength to strength. His Majesty believes that these relations between the two countries will be further strengthened in many years to come at the bilateral and multilateral levels.

His Majesty also hoped that His Majesty King Harald V, The King of the Kingdom of Norway would always remain in good health and happiness and for the people of the Kingdom of Norway to always enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

At the same time, in a similar congratulatory message to Mr Kjell Magne Bondevik, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway, His Majesty congratulated him and the Government and People of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations that had been long established between the two countries. His Majesty also expressed his wish that this will be maintained and enhanced in the future for the mutual benefit of the two countries and peoples.

His Majesty also wishes Mr Kjell Magne Bondevik, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway his continued good health and happiness and for the prosperity of the people of the Kingdom of Norway.
