Cashier wins big with Baiduri Bank

At Baiduri Bank everyone is the
winner, not least a shop cashier who had just taken home a cash price
of B$100,000 for winning the grand prize of the Baiduri Bank Group
Savings Account Promotion Nov 2002 - April 2003. Baiduri Bank Group
has rewarded their customers with many grand prizes, including
prestigious and exotic cars such as the BMW 320i, BMW X5, Rover 75 and
the Land Rover Freelander.
And once again, Baiduri Bank Group
held the latest Savings Account promotion for their customers. The
long awaited big cash prize of B$100,000 was received by the lucky
winner yesterday afternoon.
The prize-giving ceremony for the
"Everyone's A Winner" promotion was held at the Baiduri Bank
Supa Save Gadong Branch.
The ceremony was attended by the
excited prize-winners and their family members. Mr Pierre Imhof,
General Manager of Baiduri Bank presented the prizes to all the
winners. In his remarks, he gave a word of congratulations to all the
winners.
Since 1998, Baiduri Bank and Baiduri
Finance have jointly held Savings Account promotions. This latest
"Everyone's A Winner" promotion was launched November 2002
and recently ended April 2003 with B$200,000 worth of prizes won.
Based on their allocated coupon
numbers during the six-month promotion period, a total of 92 winners
were chosen. In addition to the 1st grand prize of B$100,000 cash,
there was the 2nd grand prize, an all-expenses-paid holiday to Dubai
for two persons with accommodation at the famous Burj al-Arab hotel
plus spending money of B$2,000, and 15 monthly winners each received a
MasterCard Electronic Cash Card worth B$1,000.
The 1st Grand prize of B$100,000 was
won by Dyg Sarmah bte Hj Mohamad, a cashier working at the Supa Save.
Dyg Sarmah received her mock cheque presented by the General Manager
of Baiduri Bank. Overjoyed with her grand prizes, she said that she
planned to keep the money in her savings account with Baiduri Bank.
The second grand prize winner was Lau
Yon Ting, winning the trip to Dubai.
