Overloaded truck hazard to road users

The overloaded truck was seen travelling at speeds of over 100 km/h. Furthermore, the truck did not use any safety net. Travelling without such safety precautions poses a threat to other road users. Such irresponsible acts should be punished with a hefty fine.
