A cook preparing Shawarmas for mass treat

More than a thousand young and old people got their free treats yesterday as they rubbed the lamp of Mata'am Aladdin and wished for free chicken Shawarmas, a Middle Eastern delicacy. Sugar & Spice, Ideal and Zainab Utama Enterprise treated the public to free Shawarmas at Mata'am Aladdin fast food centre, which began 11 am until the last chicken was delivered late afternoon the same day.

This was not the first time Mata'am Alladdin has treated the public to delicious delicacy. On January 15, the fast food centre gave every customer a Shawarma while stock lasted, to mark its opening day celebration.

The restaurant, which is located at Lot 97, Room 2 & 3, Ground Floor, Brittannia House in Jalan Cator/Jalan Kianggeh, is a branch of the ever-popular Sugar & Spice. Both restaurants serve authentic Arabian food.
