IITSB completes customer service
training course

Twenty-four staff members of Insurans
Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd received their certificates last Saturday after
attending a four-day course aimed at improving their customer service.
The course was executed by the Human Resource Institute, whilst Awg
Farris Faizal Hj Abd Rahman was the lecturer.
The course was divided into two
categories - Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 of the course has concluded
with the certificate presentation, whereas Phase 2 will be held later
May, 2003.
According to one of the IITSB staff,
Phase 2 of the course involves an "on the job" training
session in which participants would be interacting with members of the
public.
The certificates were presented by
Ustaz Awg Hj Yusof bin Hj Ismail, Acting Managing Director of IITSB.
