Prize presentation for ‘My Mother, My Friend'

A winner of the competition receiving her prize

The prize presentation for winners of the "My Mother, My Friend" contest was held yesterday on the premises of Brunei Press, its sponsor being Borneo Bulletin. Prizes were presented by the manager of J L Jewellery, Julia Laila F Chen; a representative from Beauty Arsenal, Aniliza A Ruiz; and a staff member of Paloma; and on behalf of Supa Save, Hj Jaafar Hj Tahir.

First prize-winner of the competition was Nurul Huda Saleha Hj Jemain, who received a voucher from J L Jewellery worth $888.

In second position, Liaw Lin Siew won a voucher for facial treatment and body massage worth $700 from Beauty Arsenal. Third place winner Farhanan Tarbassun bagged perfume worth $300.

Consolation prizes of Supa Save vouchers worth $50 went to Crysteen Chan Yan Shiang, Mohd Afzal Hj Rashid and Ang Soo Ping.
