Rapid growth of the service sector in Brunei Darussalam has helped furnish a new market for sophisticated office automation. A company that has stood out over the last ten years or so is Copynice Marketing Services Sdn Bhd, which offers an array of products for successful office automation. Managing Director Vance K P Lee said his company could transform any establishment to one with full office automation in a short time.

"Now office documents are generally mechanically or electronically produced records: letters, spreadsheets, memos, invoices, and so on. These are produced on a variety of equipment, including typewriters, word processors, and computers, and may be saved on paper or in electronically encoded form. We also have dictation

equipment's such as microphones and record/playback devices to input speech electronically for storage on a magnetic tape or other magnetic media to be used later for transcription by typists," he said.
