Cajun spiced T-bone for steak lovers
Steak lovers will be overjoyed to
find their favourite meal the subject of much succulent and varied
cooking all this month as Deals Restaurant in Sheraton Utama Hotel.
Executive Chef Rodney has created four new recipes, incorporating the
Deals method of "fusion" cooking, with a magnificent blend
of both Eastern and Western flavours. The first delicious steak meal
is the "Pan fried Harrissa marinated T-Bone", served with
pumpkin mash, grilled eggplant, chick pea pesto, rosemary feta and
jus.
The second choice is the
"Balsamic T-bone" which comes with roasted garlic and walnut
oil, onions, capsicums, kalamata hash browns and whole grain mustard
sour cream. The third creation is the grilled T-bone served with a
Thai herb rub, coconut risotto with stir-fried Asian vegetables and a
rich beef gravy.
The "Cajun spiced T-bone"
is served with béarnaise sauce, roasted baby potatoes, grilled gumbo
salad and smoked tomato jus.
