Meeting on Sultan's birthday celebration

The 1st meeting for His Majesty's 57th birthday celebration took place yesterday afternoon at the Suria 1 room, Riverview Hotel in Gadong. Present at the meeting were members of the Canvassing Committee for Congratulatory Advertisements (Jawatan Kuasa Kerja Kutipan Iklan Sembah Ucapan). The meeting was chaired by Pg Hj Manshor Bin Pg Hj Jaya.

According to Pg Hj Manshor, the objective of the meeting was to discuss related matters pertaining to sponsorship for the celebration as well as the collection for the SUTERA sponsors.

He added that the cooperation given last year was very successful and he hoped this year they would receive the same encouraging response. He also stressed to all the members to work harder in order to make the event a success.

Pg Hj Manshor also stated that they were entrusted by the relevant authority to look for sponsors for this event.
