Jawi Writing For Non Muslims held 

Bandar Seri Begawan - In conjunction with the Brunei Book Festival 2003 now held at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, several activities were also organised and among them Jawi Reading Competition for non-Muslims.

More than ten pupils from various primary schools in the Brunei-Muara District took part in the competition.

Dayang Nikita Ashok Ramchandani of the Saint George's School read a story on his Majesty Sultan Brunei birthday anniversary celebration.

Onn Hui Jin of the Saint Andrew's school presented a story on returning home from school. Ti Li Ying of the Chung Hwa Primary School with her story on the Haj season.

Dayang Chin Shay Yee of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Foundation Primary School gave her version of catching fish.
