Raid nets seven offenders

Brunei Immigration nabs seven people for failing to produce
travel and working documents Monday

Seven people were detained during an immigration raid codenamed 'Banteras 24' Monday night covering Kg Bengkurong Masin, Kg Jangsak, Kg Pulaie and Kg Mentiri. One Bangladeshi and an Indian were remanded at Jerudong Prison for overstaying, while two others face repatriation. A Filipina was being investigated. A couple was found in illicit quarters.
