Ministry recalls more Pan products

Members of the public have been urged to report to the Pharmacy Enforcement Section should they find these brands which are made by Pan Pharmaceuticals, and which may have been brought into Brunei through channels other than local distributors or trading companies.

This will enable the Ministry of Health to take appropriate actions immediately. The Ministry of Health with cooperation from other relevant health authorities will continue to identify affected brand names and products.

The Ministry of Health reminded consumers that there is no cause for undue alarm on this recall and while the recall is in progress, consumers who may wish to purchase new health supplement products are advised to verify the source of manufacture of products they wish to buy from their retailers or pharmacists.

If consumers have any of the listed recalled products at home, they are reminded to stop taking them. Anyone who is concerned in any way about the use of these products or availability of alternative products should consult their doctors or pharmacists.
