Going Guava in May

Sunisa presents the Guava Deserts 

Sheraton Utama says goodbye to the jack-fruit, which was their pick for April.

For this month, the hotel has guava as the new theme for their food and beverages. This is being offered both at the Deals Restaurant and Tasek Brasserie.

Guava Desserts could be had for $10 with 10 per cent service charge. Among the selections are Guava "Mascarpone" (Italian cheese cream) mousse; Honey Roasted Guave Cheese Cake and Baked Guava Tart.

Assisted by Thai Pastry Chef Sunisa, Sous Chef Ken Yeong has created the Golden Guava Nectar. It is a mocktail from a concoction of orange, honey and egg. Other drinks on the menu are the Guava Tropical Smoothie and the Guavarita (a new take on Margarita).

For Mother's Day, treat your beloved parent to the special brunch from 11.30 am until 3 pm on May 11. For reservations, call 2244272.
