Time to take the trash out

Photo shows rubbish scattered around the parking lot of a shopping complex in Kampong Jerudong. Though the government has provided residents with garbage disposal facilities, there are still a number of individuals who continue to be 'ignorant'. This filthy sight attracts stray animals especially dogs. Relevant authorities should take action against those who dispose their garbage in the hands of others.
