A fire broke out at one of the officers office at the Public Works Department (PWD) at the Old Aiport, in Jalan Berakas this morning.

The fire personnel from Berakas station were rushed to the scene when they received the call from the Public Works Department.

They managed to put out the fire.

According to the fire department, early investigations were made and the cause of the fire was believed to have been a short circuit in the ceiling wiring.
