RBAF Officers Get Promoted

Bandar Seri Begawan - Officers of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) have been promoted to higher ranks at a ceremony at the Officers' Mess in Berakas yesterday.

Present at the ceremony was the commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Pehin Datu Major General Haji Awang Halbi.

Nine officers have been confirmed as Majors, four Acting Majors, two Permanent Captains, 14 acting Captains and four permanent Lieutenants.

Meanwhile three others were promoted to permanent Majors and two to permanent Captains. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
