Charity Jet Bike event

Glenn Soane from the Land Technical Training School, Bolkiah Garrison and Tom McCluskey from the Air Technical Training School, upon their own initiative, will be jet biking all the way from Kampung Ayer, through Sungai Muara to Kuala Belait along the Brunei coastline and back again all for the good cause of charity on May 7, 2003. Supported by Chris Obern who will be assisting the team along the way with refuelling and all other necessities, this will be the team's first attempt in this worthy journey.

The Empire Hotel and Country Club have generously supported this project by donating the use of 4 jet bikes from the hotel's Marine Centre.

All funds collected will be donated to KACA. So far, there has been a commitment of $2,000. The team hopes to raise a minimum of $5,000 and are still in the process of approaching friends, family, colleagues and various companies in Brunei for donations.
