Dato
Paduka Hj Hamdillah, Deputy Minister of Industry and Primary

with Ms Tiew to learn more on Standard Chartered Bank's latest
environmental initiative - `Race for a Living Planet' that has been
receiving positive media attention of late.
"I congratulate Standard Chartered

Brunei is leading this race and we have all come together to support
with our pledges. I, for one, am going to pave the way here at MIPR
and secure 1,000 pledges," said Dato Hamdillah.
"Winning this environmental
competition would mean a lot for Brunei and our drive to be the
beacon of the Heart of Borneo. It is also another opportunity to
feature Brunei on the eco-tourism world map as results are announced
and more importantly, Brunei will benefit as a whole, together with
the rest of the world, on the environmental work under the umbrella
of the "Heart of Borneo" Project that we will be able to carry out
with the prize money," added Dato Hamdilah.
"For all who have not yet pledged,
I urge you to visit www.thegreatestrace.com no and make your pledge

to winning this race," said Ms Siew Chuen.
