Japanese & French Gourmet' Buffet At Sheraton

Bandar Seri Begawan - Sheraton Utama will now be featuring an exquisite gourmet buffet which infuses a combination of Japanese and French cuisine.

The unique combination of fine Japanese and French dishes is now featured at the hotel's Tasek Brasserie restaurant.

This new themed night buffet offers an exquisite fine dining experience with gourmet dishes in a buffet style setting.

Diners are able to indulge themselves in an unlimited array of delightful Japanese cuisine such as sumptuous sushi and fresh and juicy sashimi.

Other favorites include mouthwatering teppanyaki, tantalising tempura dishes and "miso soup", a Japanese noodle soup mixed with tofu and seaweed.

In addition, the buffet spread also offers a fine French culinary experience in its generous display of delectable hors d'oeuvres, an assortment of French carvery, delicious soups and sweet deserts that will surely cater to everyone's appetite.

The `Gourmet' theme night buffet is available every Friday from 6.30pm until 10.30pm and is available at B$29.00 subject to 10 per cent service charge.
