New InnoPod Launched At BITEX Exhibition

Bandar Seri Begawan - The latest ICT gadgets in the Sultanate will be showcased at the BITEX exhibition at The Mall where more than 25 vendors have set up booths for the five-day expo, which begins today.

A wide range of products from the latest brands and models of computers, laptops, speakers, sound cards and MP3 players (such as the Apple iPod) will be offered at special prices.

Meanwhile, it was learnt that one of the participating local ICT vendors would be launching the new 'InnoPod' during the exhibition.

The InnoPod can store up to four gigabytes of data on its hard disk and comes with voice recording functions.

Another product that would most likely interest visitors especially laptop owners is the `Cool Pad'. It is a cooler that helps cool down the laptop, as laptops tend to overheat after long hours of use.

Educational institutions as well as banks will also be taking part in the expo to promote their latest products and services.
