Brunei Shell Employees Attend Retirement Programme

Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 20 employees of Brunei Shell, along with their respective spouses and family members, attended a two-day retirement preparation programme entitled "Life After Shell Workshop".

It was the second module of a retirement programme, which focused on preparation, whereas the first was on planning.

Held at Magellan Sutera Hotel in KK of Malaysia, it was facilitated by Mr Jijar Singh, who was invited by Sofni Makmur Management Services to help equip participants with essential knowledge in facing the challenges of life after retirement.

Also assisting to conduct the workshop were Seruso Hj Mudjono, Head of HR Administration and Services as well as Liza Seruji, Health Education and Liaison Officer from Brunei Shell.

In an interview, participants commented that they felt privileged Brunei Shell had organised such an important programme for them, as they now know what to expect after retirement and cab be better prepared or equipped for it.
