Brunei-Muara Leads In Road Mishaps

Bandar Seri Begawan - In the last few days alone, nine road accident cases were recorded at several police stations throughout Brunei.

According to the Royal Brunei Police Force Public Relation Unit, six of the cases were reported as car-to-car collisions while the remaining three were self-accidents.

Two individuals were said to have sustained minor injuries.

The Brunei-Muara District tops the Road Accident List with five cases while one case was recorded in the Belait District and three cases were reported in the Tutong District.

Meanwhile, the police reminds motorists to drive with extra care following the rainy season and to obey roads traffic rules and regulations to avoid any untoward incident. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
