The system uses mobile phone numbers as an identification and authentication device for convenience and security.

"Payments can be made via credit cards. After registering, a starter pack will be delivered, which will include a windscreen pass sticker and a list of parking rates. Just attach the sticker to your windscreen and follow the instructions displayed at the back of the sticker," said the entrepreneur.

The entrepreneur did not wish to reveal how the system will work.

He, however, said motorists need to be fully educated on the new system.
