Abidin and Roger champions

Pg Dato Hj Abidin and Hj Roger Abdullah emerged champions in the Overall Nett and Overall Gross categories respectively in the Lim Ting Hui's Golf Tournament at the RBA golf course yesterday.

Pg Dato Hj Abidin scored a total nett of 66 on countback to win the title, while Hj Roger Abdullah hit a total gross of 75.

Pg Ibrahim Pg Hashim was the Division A (50 to 59 years old) champion with a total nett of 66 followed by Hj Ahmad Hj Zainal, Hj Bagol Hj Momin, Simon Gelan and Matthew Wong.

Dato Hj Yakub Hj Ahmad was the winner in Division B (60 years and above) with a score of 72 on countback. Second was Pehin Dato Hj Chuchu followed by Leong Chin Hin, Mej (B) Hj Md Hussein and Frankie Ho.

A total of 55 senior golfers took part in the tournament organised by the Brunei Darussalam Association of Senior Golfers (BDASG).

The trophies for the meet were sponsored by Lim Ting Hui. The next tournament will be held next month and will be sponsored by Alfred Sim.
