‘TalkAsia’ Host Lorraine Hahn To
Visit Brunei

Begawan - Lorraine Hahn, a well-known business personality and
host of CNN's most-watched show TalkAsia, will be making her presence
in Brunei as the key moderator at the most-talked about National
Business Conference 2005.
The conference will pull no punches
in discussing key economic issues the Sultanate is facing, with
relevant topics on the spin-off industry and property market that has
sparked interest among the local business community.
Lorraine, a veteran business
journalist who has moderated at APEC CEO summit, is one of the
region's most experienced and best-known business T V anchor.
Her presence here will not doubt add
substance to the topics in hand. As the host of TalkAsia, she has
interviewed personalities as diverse as outgoing WTO Chief Mike Moore
and golf legend Tiger Woods.
Lorraine has anchored CNN's premier
business news programmes, Bizasia, for years after working with
CNBC/NBC where she hosted the network's flagship programme, Business
Tonight, The Winners, Talk of Asia and NBC Asia Evening News.
She was also a senior producer in
Hong Kong for Television Broadcast Ltd. (TVB) where she successfully
produced the station's first English language business programme
focusing on China.
Her list of high profile interviews
reads like the who's who of Asia from a wide spectrum of interest.
In the world of politics, she has
interviewed Malaysia's Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi, Thai Prime
Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, Singapore's Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew,
