STPRI Students Visit DST Headquarters

Bandar Seri Begawan - Forty-two students and two teachers from Perempuan Raja Isteri Secondary School (STPRI) recently paid an educational visit to the headquarters of the DST Group at Tungku Link.

The students were greeted by Pg Hj Zahari Pg Hj Damit and his staff, manager of corporate communication unit.

The objectives of the visit were to provide students with an insight on the importance of information technology (IT) and to expose them to the day-to-day operations of DST Group.

The visiting students were later briefed on GSM, GPRS and EDGE technologies at the company's theatre room. Also present to deliver a talk were executive officers from Simpur and IT departments. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
