Bandar Seri Begawan - Upmarket is coming back to Brunei due to popular demand.

During a press conference yesterday, it was revealed that Upmarket is an ideal ground for the discerning lady shoppers and avid collectors of high quality hand-crafted lifestyle merchandise.
